Customizing Ticket Assignments

I was wondering if there was a way to customize who a ticket gets assigned to in the windows console? We have just recently introduced the software to a large set of users and I would like to have tickets automatically assign to a certain user. I have entries entered into the category fields along with key words that are associated to the specific category and those categories are assigned to a Team. I was curious to see if there was a way to have a ticket be assigned to a certain team member depending on the key words that the ticket might hit upon creation.
